27 MINUTE RESISTANCE BAND HIIT WORKOUT

WORKOUT OVERVIEW:

• 9 Exercises performed in Tri-sets

• 4 sets of each tri-set

• 30 sec on // 15 sec off // 30 second extended breaks

1. Lunge to Lateral Raise

3. Seated Alternating Rows

4. Jab, Cross, Hook, Defense

5. Bicep Curl to RDL

6. Skip Hops

7. In & Out Squat Hops
